Spaventa perch\u00e8 la \"leggiamo \" sempre in modo negativo e giudicante nei nostri confronti.<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6e80ec4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6e80ec4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ci hanno insegnato che provare ansia \u00e8 indice di debolezza, che non riuscire a controllarla \u00e8 indice di mancanza di carattere. Quindi si cerca di scacciarla, di metterla a tacere in qualche modo. Ma lei torna pi\u00f9 insistente di prima. Un percorso psicologico pu\u00f2 insegnare alla persona a &#8220;dialogare &#8221; con la propria ansia, a cogliere anche i pi\u00f9 piccoi segnali corporei e ad agire per migliorare il proprio benessere! Ci\u00f2 significa non evitarla, non ignorarla ma prestare attenzione alla propria vita, apportando dei cambiamenti, anche piccoli, ma che la possano rendere pi\u00f9 piena e soddisfacente. L&#8217;ansia ci dice che c&#8217;\u00e8 qualcosa che NON VA BENE! Fermiamoci e ASCOLTIAMOLA.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
